A lear jet crashed on its way toChicago Executive Airport. The Royal Air freight jet was apparently cleared for landing as it approached Chicago Executive Airport. The Chicago plane crash went down near Wheeling.  It is believed two people were killed in the Chicago plane crash.

The lear jet reportedly went down in a river.  According to Laura Witlox, airport spokesperson, the Royal Air freight jet went down at about 2 PM today.  It is unknown at this time how many peopkle were on the plane and if any were injured.  The lear jet was on the way to Atlanta from Michigan with a stop at Chicago Executive Airport.
