Attack and Defense Skill Points
It is a common misconception that with a large mafia and good weapons there is no need to put a lot into attack and defense skill points. THIS IS FALSE. They are the biggest factor in determining the winner of fights. A good rule of thumb is to keep them at least double your level.
Note: Attack and Defense Skill Points are added together when fighting, so it doesn’t matter which you put them in. Speaking for myself, I like to keep them about even because you never know if they may change the fight formula to where it uses either attack or defense instead of adding them.

Michael Jackson’s Will to be submitted to LA Superior Court

According to The Wall Street Journal, several sources close with the pop star said a lawyer for Jackson could submit the will - which is thought to be his last - to Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday.
Michael Jackson’s will, reportedly drafted in 2002, is said to divide his assets between his mother, three children and one or more charities.
The star’s mother, Katherine Jackson, who was granted temporary guardianship of Jackson’s three children on Monday, and husband Joe Jackson have said they believed their son died without a valid will.
“No will has been presented to family or us,” L. Londell McMillan, a lawyer for Jackson’s parents who also once represented the singer, said in an e-mail to the paper. “We will review any will when we see it.”
The King of Pop is said to have amassed approximately $500 million in debt, but that his assets could reportedly outweigh that by more than $200 million.
The most valuable part of the Jackson estate could be the singer’s 50 percent stake in the Sony/ATV Music Publishing catalog, which the singer owned half of. The massive 750,000-song music catalog includes the work of the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Lady Gaga and the Jonas Brothers. The catalog is reportedly estimated to be worth upwards of $2 billion.
Batik History and Modern Use of Batik

Long ago, in the ancient period around 1500 years ago, the dye resist designs on the cloth were found in Egypt and the Middle East along with the two major countries, samples are also found in Turkey, India, China, Japan and West Africa around hundreds of years ago. In the present date, Batik is highly developed form of art found on the island of Java, Indonesia. In the 17th century, the fabrics were highly decorated with Dutch transcripts, by it is often believed that complicated designs in Java were possible when the finely woven imported cloth that was from India to Indonesia in 1800s and then from Europe in 1815. The similar Batik designs that were done on textiles earlier are noticed on stone statues that are beautifully sculptured on the walls of Javanese temples like Prambanan AD 800, but then it is not yet confirmed that the cloth was Batik. These designs could be produced by weaving techniques too. However, by the 19th century became greatly developed form of art in the cultural life of the Javanese.

There were some specific Batik designs worn by the Javanese royalty and thus it was felt that Batik was originally meant to be worn by the monarchs of the royal Sultan’s palace. The Princesses and royal women might have encouraged the finest designs of Batik that reflect the traditional patters. Well, the untidy dyeing work with consequent waxing was done by the court artisans who worked under their direction.
Known as the great fans of art, Javanese royalty supported the development of traditional art form like silver embellishment, leather puppets known as wayang kulit in java and gamelan orchestra. Wayang puppets are made from goat skin which was treated and colored to build false impression on the puppet, were usually sold to women who could get the necessary idea of batik designs from these puppets. The used charcoal and blew it through the holes that describe the design of puppet clothing, so that they could copy complicated patterns onto the cloth.

However, some scholars deny the fact that Batik was originally meant for royalty as they feel that it is meant for the rakyat, the people too. It was considered as a significant job for young women of the Central Java, revealing the fact that they are capable enough to handle a canting (an instrument shaped like pen to apply wax to the cloth) with enough tact and skill just like skills used in cookery or other household arts.

Jamie Foxx gave tribute to Michael Jackson in the Los Angeles at Shrine Auditorium while hosting BET Awards at Sunday. The show was started with the 5 hits combinations of Michael Jackson in which “The Love You Save” and “ABC” were also included as Jackson’s child images on the screen.
Jamie Fox then dressed up same like Michael Jackson era of 80s; gloves were also included and walked on the stage while as background music “Beat It” was blared. Then he tried to show some signature moves of the Michael Jackson in which crotch grabbing routine was also included which was well known of Jackson.
Then to get claps from the audience, he shouted towards them to clap. He yelled, come-on, come-on for Michael. While looking back to the life of Michael Jackson, he said the audience that for the greatest we all are here and we do not need to be sad. Jamie Foxx further said, Michael belongs to us and we are here to commemorate this black man.
Foxx said now it does not matter that what was his look? How was his nose seen? He was simply the best and now he went on. Then he asked the audience and they shouted “Michael”. Foxx described the Michael Jackson as he was looking at Texas Stadium in a concert. He said as Michael comes out the white men turned fainted.
Then Jamie Foxx did a moonwalk in Michael Style from corner to corner at the stage to give honor to this great singer who have died at 50 on Thursday after suffering from the heart attack. As Foxx told the audience that he is going to make a moonwalk for Jackson, they went wild.
Janet Jackson also came to the show and thanked everyone on behalf of the family for the love and support.
Jamie Foxx and Ne-yo performed the song “I’ll Be There” after Janet spoke to the audience.
